'03 Chevy TrailBlazer Runs Rough Sign In

I have a '03 Chevy TrailBlazer 4.2L with 190000 miles on it. I changed the battery 9 months ago and since then noticed that my SUV was running rough and has a miss. When I turn the AC on it really has a hard time keeping an idle, and seems to miss a lot more. Since then it has had a tune up. Plugs, 3 coils where also replaced, fuel filter, air filter were both changed.I don't know what is making it run rough. Help...

How does it run when your cruising or accelerating?

Is the check engine on or has come on at any point?....If so pull the codes and post them...

I get no check engine light , I even check to see if any codes were there. no codes.

It runs fairly well, until I put the AC on then you can really tell the difference. It runs a lot rougher and doesn't accelerate as good as it should or did before...

If you have no codes, then you likely have no misfire. You might want t0o look into worn motor mounts causing vibration or idle control not keeping the idle steady.

Have you cleaned the throttle body? If you disconnect the battery, the PCM learns on the dirty throttle body and it will idle low and may stall when ac is engaged.
