Takes spark, fuel and compression to make it fire. Which one is missing it has 205K could be surprise things. It doesn't mean new coil quite yet. Some you could see flaws or mist (not soaked) with water and watch the stray spark NOT fire to that cylinder. Don't soak a hot anything, just a mist or done when cold you might see it? If you find reasonable compression, then swap that coil with one that is easy to access and clear the codes. Now drive it until the check engine light comes on again. Check the code and see if you get a code for a different cylinder now.
