I have a '02 KIA Sportage, and most of the time when you go to pull off it will bog down at times just stops and ur half way on the highway then cuts off. I start it up not giving gas and it will start moving then I give it gas and it will start to bog down again or it will just slowly take off. I was it was my TPS(THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR). Well it wasn't that. I replaced the TPS, and still does the same thing. Can any one help?

Have you had it scanned for any codes? If not, you can go to just about any auto parts store and they will do it for free. Don't let them talk you into buying any parts right away. Write down the exact numbers, if there are any, and post them here.

The regulator is mounted to the fuel rail but since there is no such code, why don't you give us the exact code number. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

That code simply mean an over rich mixture. The regulator is one of many possibilities. Pull the vacuum line off the regulator and see if it is wet with fuel inside. If it is, then would be your problem. If not you will need to get into a more technical diagnosis.
