After running an errand in the snow and icy conditions left by the weekend blizzard I pulled into our parking spot and the car cut out. Quickly I turned off the lights, fans and took the car out of gear to try restarting. I tried 2 or 3 times and I do have power as it's a good battery... it repeatedly clicks but doesn't turn over. It's cold out now, but the car had been warmed up when it first happened. I had certainly noticed the sense of ice balls/blocks hitting the underside of the car as I had been about in those heavy conditions just prior to my problem. You can check volt drops while a helper turns key or just clean all the connections involved - battery known charged and clean connections for both cable at both ends.
