01 MDX Accelerator Hesitation/Delay

I have a 2001 Acura MDX -Touring 175kmiles. I replaced the spark plugs and the upstream oxygen sensor (closest to the engine). Car seemed to run fine and in fact took it on a 500 mile vacation and got the best gas mileage since I bought it 6 years ago. Problem is about a week later I noticed a not so subltle delay in acceleration response when pressing on the gas. Seems to just occcur right after cold startup. Been a few weeks and a few tanks of gas from various sources and problem persists. Its not every time but occassionally and always within a minute of startup. Any ideas??
