01 Honda Accord no crank Sign In

Okay so my 01 accord, four cylinder automatic, is doing a no crank no start. No click, nothing, just the fuel pump going when I turn the key. Here is what I know:

The other day my car was slow to start, I was concerned but before I could find the time to check it out I went outback to start it yesterday and it TRIED to turn over, and then nothing. No crank no start.

The starter, distributor cap, and battery were all replaced just a few months ago for the same exact issue. Problem then was the starter being completely dead.

The battery has enough charge for the headlights, dome light and dash to kick on, no dimming.

My neighbor tried to give me a jump (thinking maybe the alternator wasn’t giving charge back to the battery) and still nothing

all the fuses seem fine, the main relay looks fine.

i am at a total loss and in need of some guidance before I break down and fork out money to take it to the shop. Please help me. I literally can not afford a mechanic right now.

No dimming as you said is a good report that starter isn't drawing anything even to a low battery.
So, see if trigger wire to it gets power. If not try starting while in "N" not Park as a test.
Basics first the wires at the starter would be my concern with what's going on but check anything you can.
Oh - If trigger wire does get power and starter does nothing give the body of starter a "love tap" with hammer type object or something just don't smash the thing.
New/remans can fail just prove it if so,

Which one would be the trigger wire on the starter?

Near all you look for the lesser gauge one. When key to "start" that pulls in solenoid to make larger gauge wire power connect to the starter motor itself. If not whack it just so some will snap too still means NG to trust. If nothing to trigger wire take it from there to find out why is disable by neutral switches for example,
