No show on that format of video. My view will only show copy/pasted from a browser not if there's a "HTTP/" involved.

No matter. What is this thing? If split you mean length the fix replace however much is involved. Rare but some clean breaks you can mess with either cut off and patch or get welded all depending. Not much is going to last if it's rust at all so expect to need that section up to lots more for a long term repair,

Is this vehicle in heaven? So much light in the picture and can't really tell how rusty it is.

I saw the video for what it's worth. It's not very clear. It looks like your vehicle has headers and the collector came apart. You need to get it to an exhaust shop to get an estimate,
