misfire on cyclinder 2

I have been working on my girlfriend's car and can not figure out the problem when she got the car it had a misfire and a ton of codes I have now got it down to 5 codes I am fixing three of them this weekend but I can't figure the misfire out on cylinder2 I have replaced coil plugs and still getting it just the other day it started stalling when you go to put it in any other gear I am thinking it has something to do with the misfire
Any help would be nice thanks
It's a 2000 cavalier z24
Has the 2.4 engine
With over 200000 on it
