ignition lock cylindee

Hi there everyone, this is a 2002 sienna 3.0 engine, want to replace the ignition lock cylinder, I just did what i now but, i couldn't take it out, what I did was i turn the key to the acc position and press the spring under the lock and slid it out, this didn't work for me what did I miss, please help, thank you all.

Those are the instructions
- Place the ignition key at the ACC position.
- Push down the stop pin with a screwdriver, and pull out the cylinder.
- Install a new cylinder.
You will know you have the key in the right position when you are able to push the pin in. It won't go in until the key is correct.

The only info I have is the picture. You should be able to just look and see.

Hi there again I have hard to find this ignition lock cylinder, someone suggested, it's the same for corrals, Rav 4. what is you opinion, thank you.
