Can you hear the fuel pump buzzing? -- Then shut off with just ignition in run position? How did you determine that the fuel injectors were not working? Sorry for all the questions but it could help. A biggie with Fords is the relays. Use the relay for A/C if equipped and same part # to switch around for testing.
