There is no sign of a leak but the engine is consuming oil. The recommended interval? Synthetic is plain better oil IMO and use nothing else in anything. Over a zillion years of it now notice some switched over at age or miles will consume some more right away then less later if just normal engine wear. If this consumption of oil is new you really need to find out why. Normal engine wear doesn't just wear all of a sudden unless run too low or a problem happened. I SPECIFICALLY DO NOT SUGGEST CHANGING SUGGESTED OIL VISCOSITY on anything you expect to keep. All engines consume oil. If it is consuming more oil than it should, you'd be wasting your money using synthetic oil.
