I could do with some help guys...

I have a fluid in my engine bay on mthe head and I guess this is diesel from the smell and due to it being clear!! this is around the injectors/glow plugs.....
This is obviously bubbling away as its warm.

Is this a case of new glow plugs??

all my pipes seem ok ie no cracks or leaks


help is much appreciated :)
