New User May 8, 2015, 10:21 AM Post #1 of 4 (1676 views) Rough Idle, Stalling, & Acceleration Hesitation Sign In 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD 4.7L Engine 117,000 Miles I have replaced the spark plugs, coil packs, idle air control valve. My truck will stall mainly when I start it up for the first time in the day. It idles rough at stop lights and intermittently hesitates on acceleration. I suspect the TPS but I inspected it and it looked fine on the outside. I have been unsuccessful thus far, please assist! Thanks. Also the fuel economy has been slightly poor. Shut off and see if it holds also. You could rule that in or out. At some point of not running properly it should throw a code.
