Hey guys it's me again! 2000 dodge ram 1500 has 100000 miles on it with original everything 5.2l v8 engine and a standard 46re tranny. Ran a obd2 scan alittle while ago and I got 2 readings with stft b2 s2as well as stft b1 s2 stayed constant at 99.2 percent no change what so ever. What does this mean?

Do you have code #s? Sometimes the cheap scan tools dont do well with live data. Those downstream sensors are there to monitor the catalyst. The front (upstream) sensors are responsible for your fuel trims. Fuel trims maxed out will throw codes. Something isnt adding up here. Also, do you have any driveability problems?

It's a 200 dollar innova scan tool with abs and srs 3160 b model. My truck runs ok the tranny is shifting hard sometimes and over revs. It feels sluggish and hesitant, definitly lacks power. The o2 sensors are pretty new they were changed out like 2 years ago maybe. The scan tool is not throwing any codes at all. Though some tests keep flashing which means that they have yet to do a full cycle or diagnosis I guess even after warming the car up and diagnosing it for 30-40 minutes. Only thing I can think of is bad cats I used seafoam on my truck awhile back.

That's normal. The rear O2 sensors aren't used for fuel control, so your scanner will show fuel trims at 99% for the sensors after the cat.
Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

If the cats werent performing, it should be throwing codes for cat efficiency,as they are closely watched by pcm. 90% fuel trims arent going to happen. Long before that, you should see lean codes. I wouldnt trust what that scan tool is saying.

My 2 cents- you readings are a scanner problem, try the website there may be a help or contact link.
Also - will your scanner do the P1xxx so called manufacturers specific codes?
...........What tests keep flashing? ....
Pursuing the sluggish performance- you were vague in description - take a look a ECT, MAP and fuel pressure
Transmission - 46re? got to ask - fluid level good- color good- using correct fluid?
