Need help

My 91 gmc sonoma 4.3l v6 won't idle. Has too many miles to count. It also runs very rough. It's showing engine code 24. I replaced the egr, throttle positioner, map sensor, thermostat sensor and checked timing. I can't fix this thing to save my life.
