I have a camry that won't start. Before it was working fine until the cold weather came in where it sat for a week in it. I am able to run the car if i get a boost but as soon as I turn off the engine it won't even try to turn over. I'm able to use the electronics in the car (radio, Lights) while its in this state. As soon as i turn the key to turn the car on there is no response, its just dead. I'm hoping its won't be too expensive to fix, could it be the alternater or the starter?

When running take voltage at battery with a voltmeter is enough for now. Should be able to go over 13v to perhaps 14v or so. If it's showing good voltage then for now I'm blaming the battery new or not. If older = more than 4 years there's not loss in getting a new one as the dependability drops off dramatically after about that age no matter what claims the current one said, T
