Sign In My 92 olds cutlass supreme keeps stalling when it reaches what I believe is operating temp. It is a 3.1ltr multiport fuel injected engine. I am at a total loss for why this happens. It runs perfectly for about 8 mins then completely dies until the car cools down. I dont have the money to buy another car and Its my only transportation. Might there be something I could check to pin point the problem. Please HELP. Sign In Just a shot in the dark here - make sure coolant is full at radiator. Sign In Another shot in the dark - try disconnecting the neg battery cable for over a minute. The car will go nuts as those had a "learn" mode for your driving and will re learn with half an hour of use. It just may help and shouldn't cause any harm. You will have to set clock and radio again.
