hello there I have a 99 Buick park avenue well let me start from the beginning the wire harness on the bottom of the car partially ripped off n we replaced it thinking that was the reason the car wasn't getting gas to the front now that we've replaced it the car cranks but wont start and is getting very low fuel pressure to the front need help please

What is the fuel pressure that you are getting. If the pump is working at all, chances are it's not an electrical problem.

it is getting a low pressure when you check the fuel from the front of the car while u try to turn it on it leaks very little fuel and the pump turns on and works as well

I'm asking for a number. If you are trying to diagnose a fuel supply problem without a fuel pressure gauge, then you are just wasting everyone's time.

If you hear the pump running and you have no fuel pressure, you could have gotten the wiring for the pump switched causing it to run backwards.
