1997 Ford Escort 2.0L - 148,000 Miles. Car was intermittently dieing and not starting. Recently it died and will not start again. There is no spark, no power to fuel pump, no power to cam shaft sensor. Fuel pump tested good. Replaced cam shaft sensor, crank shaft sensor, fuel filter and ignition coil pack. Still will not start but it does turn over.

Does the check engine light come on when you turn the ignition on? Do you have a code reader? Can it communicate with the engine controller? If so, will it pull codes from the engine controller? If it can, are there any trouble codes being stored? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
