It doesn't matter if the car has been running for 5 minutes or hours, and it happens on cold and warm days. But once it is running(after about 10 minutes or so) I don't have to worry about it at all. It has been happening more often lately and I am starting to have to keep on the gas for a few minutes not just a few taps on the gas pedal. I also have to let it run longer before driving to keep it from stalling. Also just yesterday for about 5-10 seconds it feels like the car is in first gear(it is an automatic) and the airbag light comes on. It has only happened twice, but could it be related to the previous problem? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You! When about any car stalls lots of lights come on and that's normal. If just the air bag light I have NO idea. Fix the stalling then move on - I suspect there may be two problems with this. I was hoping it was one problem, oh well. I was told by a mechanic when I described the problem that it might be my egr valve, but I was looking for a second opinion. Will definitely get that checked out. I just got it fixed yesterday and it was the ignition switch. They also replaced the tumbler and now it starts like a champ! Thanks!
