94 accord lx, no spark, loses voltage to crankshaft position sensor Sign In

My 1994 Honda Accord LX has no spark, loses voltage to crankshaft position sensor during cranking. The voltage starts at 8 volts and drops to -5.6 volts. I've installed a new crank sensor distributor and coil. I bought the car not running, it has a junkyard ECM/ECU. So, I'm not sure when the problem occurred. Please help, thanks!!

Does it have injector pulse? Check for codes in the ECU? If so, what is the code number(s)?

Don't know about injection don't have noid light
Can't pull any codes from 2 wire blue connector

No negative pulse from ckp
Ckp loses voltage during cranking
New ckp coil and distributor

He just texted me that to your post

Does the check engine light come on when he turns the ignition on?

Yeah it stays on and it won't pull any codes. He checked the fuses and the grounds

If he installed the jumper into the blue connector and the check engine light doesn't flash code(s), it is probably because none are stored.

He still needs to verify injector pulse because that will give some direction.
