My 1994 Honda Accord LX has no spark, loses voltage to crankshaft position sensor during cranking. The voltage starts at 8 volts and drops to -5.6 volts. I've installed a new crank sensor distributor and coil. I bought the car not running, it has a junkyard ECM/ECU. So, I'm not sure when the problem occurred. Please help, thanks!!

Does it have injector pulse? Check for codes in the ECU? If so, what is the code number(s)? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Does the check engine light come on when he turns the ignition on? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Yeah it stays on and it won't pull any codes. He checked the fuses and the grounds

If he installed the jumper into the blue connector and the check engine light doesn't flash code(s), it is probably because none are stored. He still needs to verify injector pulse because that will give some direction. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
