ok so for sum time now not all the time but a few times when i give it gas to axellerate it bogs out like out of gas and then all the sudden it takes off like a scullded dog
but now when its cold runs great as it warms to running temp it loses power and runs like crap like 40 mph on freeway more i press on gas the wors it gets horrible fuel mileage

Have you checked for a clogged fuel filter? How is your fuel pressure?
Check engine light on? If so, jump TE1 to E1 in the diagnostic terminal under the hood. Turn the ignition on and count the flashes of the check engine light. Write down the code(s) and post them in here.
Also inspect the air duct between the vane air flow meter and the throttle body. Make sure it isn't ripped or has any hoses rotted or disconnected that come off it.
