2017 Hyundai Sonata burning 1qt of oil every 1k miles

2017 Hyundai Sonata SE 2.4L 84000 miles
About 3 months ago I noticed that my car was using about a quart of oil between oil changes/3-4k miles, as of now my car is burning a quart of oil every 1000 miles. I drive about 1000 miles a week and this has been happening for atleast 3 weeks now. There is no evidence of oil leaks. Oil also looks very dirty within first 500 miles after oil change. Also having massive blowback from oil cap. Recently changed all 4 spark plugs and replaced PCV valve.

If you're getting a lot of blowback, that is a very bad sign. It means you are getting compression blowing past the rings and creating pressure in the crankcase. Might be time to trade it before it becomes too obvious.

That's not blowby. That's the overhead cams slinging oil around. Is the air filter getting oily? Are you getting any smoke out the back? If so is it at idle or higher RPM?

There is no oil on the air filter. There is also no smoke coming out. There is an absurd amount of air pushing out of the oil cap and I believe that is what’s causing the oil to spit out

No, that's pretty normal. If it really was blowby you would be seeing some oil on the air filter.
Are you sure there are no leaks because all the symptoms are pointing to that.

Has it already run low on oil enough to make a warning come on? Overheats?
That's a lot of driving for any car stuff has to be checked a lot more don't let it wait to try to warn you.
For now put cardboard or something under it where you park it and also check for oil in tailpipe with a clean cloth to see what it's like?
Oil is dark early for some reason IDK could be fuel issues or oil is cleaning up a prior neglect problem is supposed to pick up dirt but shouldn't be that much to clean unless already another reason?

It hasn’t thrown a warning light but I have checked the dipstick on several occasions and there was absolutely no oil on dipstick. No overheating. I checked the tail pipe, no oil but very dirty with black soot. Checked oil today, has a slight gasoline smell to it??

Many cars/trucks use dipsticks that don't show oil when much lower than the indicator for adding mark. If cold and level add 1/2 quarts or not much room to safely get lower.
Another question as now I think this has suffered lack of lubrication from oil level way too low is deadly. One quart low if parked on non level surface may not pump oil well cold takes a bit longer to return to pan it's self destructing!
Black soot in tail pipe and odor of gas when you know it's full allow it to run and guess if it's too thin vs normal - test another vehicle how fast it runs on dipstick point it up.
Normally cars don't use oil anymore "normally" for quite some time machine work is so good they just don't. Days of new engines having to "break-in" for 1,000 miles are long gone.
Gas odor is your nose it that good is a horrible thing displacing oil with fuel makes it harmful as a lubricant some will show oil too full when you are sure it's not some mistake of putting too much in.
Lots of OE thought goes into oil, how much to hold and what rating for viscosity and a list of properties are wrecked by fuel contamination such as fuel injection leak down after engine is shut off.
You should be able to check warning light this way: Turn key to just run and don't start it. All warning lights should light as a test see if oil level or add feature (many cars) lights even work?
If not how do you know to check by dipstick? I think folks should just anyway but know few do. It's hard to know if some issue is going on if you don't to prevent a catastrophic wear takes no time if all wrong the warnings are just late IMO means the problem was yesterday not when it shows up.
I can't look back if you change plugs or ever checked them (carefully) compare one to another should all look the same. Hard to know early but plugs tell a story some may be just the plug damaged or defective new or or not or other reason. That put fuel if not firing into cylinder if bad enough it's getting in oil. Converters will eat up a lot till those fail.
Another check is just smell around (quickly and get away) where tailpipe exits for odor most OK cars you can't detect a thing. This depends on your ability to smell odors well some folks just don't others do I can't properly define that.
On a good day I smell the odor of a vehicle burning antifreeze and if an oil leaks on exhaust parts just a drop now and then adds up fast to me smells like a pre-smog controlled vehicle did have strong odor to me much worse when cold on purpose machines and vehicles add gas to cover being cold wasting some fuel to run cold is shorter now by miracles of design not to waste fuel but still run OK if both really cold or seems a hot day is enough it's not engines want heat way up there fast to use less, waste less.
In short > this consumption isn't right or normal at all said first by Hammer Time a bad sign for an engine's life left it snowballs into failing faster and faster without this figured out now should have been right away it just might be too late?
Is there an in-person tech you'd allow to check this out I'm trying it's just limited how much might be obvious to the right tech vs a web site time is going to run out if not already for very real wear and damage to this car's engine,
