2010 corolla won't start

When I inject fuel manually from the throttle body the vehicle starts running but as soon as the injected fuel dries up then the vehicle dies, the ecu does not open the nozzles, I tried changing ecu but same result' wires are OK, kindly assist me please

What is the fuel pressure?
