My sister in law was driving her jeep home when it broke down.
She said it sounded like a diesel engine, then began to sputter and shake violently, then the oil pressure light came on and it was dead. So far looked at it for ten minutes, no shavings visible in the oil, and when you try to start it, the crank pully only rotates about a half inch (confirmed with the belt removed). I think the engine is burned.

They had had a code for the throttle body for a while now and last week cleaning it didn't work so they put a new one in.

I read the whole thing but didn't see a question there.

Sounds like you already know the engine is toast.
