I have a 2007 Lincoln Navigator 5.4lv8 100k miles.
The fuel pump was replaced about 2 years ago, along with fuel filter and spark plugs.
One day it cranked but didn't start, had it towed home.
Sprayed starter fluid in the intake and it started up, it runs for a few seconds then dies as it should with starter fluid.
One point i started it with spray, pressed the gas pedal, then engine revved up then died.
Most of the time I start it with spray press the gas pedal and it immediately dies, like the gas is bad or something.
Open to suggestions. Thank you in advance.

Obviously, lack of fuel is the issue but you hasve to determine if it's fuel pressure or an injector issue. Use a fuel pressure gauge to measure the pressure.
