2004 Ford Fiesta- Welsh Plug Problems Sign In

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how common is to replace Welsh Plugs on a 2004 Ford Fiesta?
I've just gone through my cars mechanical history (which I've only had her for a few months):
2007 – Checked for lack of power- Coil replaced
Aug 2009 – Welsh plugs replaced and x4 spark plugs replaced
Oct 2009- Misfiring- Welsh plugs replaced.
July 2013- Misfiring, lack of power – welsh plugs leaking- replaced, water on spark plugs- replaced.
But only one month later (its not quite as bad) but same problems starting again. She is beginning to almost hop/struggle between gears at the 2 ½- 3 rev point, and again lack of power.
The engine light is also on due to the oxygen sensors needing to be replaced – not sure if this is related to the problems.... but feel like I'm pouring money into this car already- and it seems to be an ongoing problem with welsh plugs and sparks plugs....
Does anyone have any advice? Or ideas of what the problem may be?

It's not a common problem but once one freeze plug (welsh plug) goes, the rest aren't far behind. It's a reflection of the condition of the whole cooling system. It's usually the result of not maintaining the cooling system properly and using water instead of coolant.
