Had a misfire in cylinder 1, replaced plugs and wires and fuel injector. Did not solve. Replaced ignition coil. Misfire on 1 stopped. Now cylinder 2 and 3 are misfiring. Double checked the wires, they are hooked up properly.

You're going to have to test for the coil trigger coming out of the computer using either a noid light or a lab scope. I have seen quite a few bad PCMs with bad coil drivers on the 3.0 engine.
If you do find that problem, make sure you change the coils also.

Did you check to see if you had spark on #2 and #3 using an adjustable spark tester? Maybe you got a bum coil? Do you have any trouble codes related to coil primary circuit? If the coil drivers for #2 and #3 went bad at the same time, the truck wouldn't even run.

Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
