2002 Grand Prix Idle Issue and Poor Gas Mileage Sign In

So I have a 3.1 liter 02' Pontiac Grand Prix that needs some help. Sometimes it rough idles when in park and sometimes it wants to go when at a stop light/sign. It normally idles at 1100 and sometimes (rarely) at 800-900. I really want this fixed but don't know what to do anymore. Also, it gets absolutely terrible gas mileage, if that helps to figure out the problem. Thanks for any responses.

None of those idle speeds are normal.

First step and should hurry is to get full code readings and post the #s.

I say "hurry" as when you are not running well and wasting fuel you probably are taking out the converter ($$$$) at the same time,

The main code is P0121. The other codes have something to do with the ABS brakes which are not hooked up due to personal preference.

Code for TPS circuit means test the ohms watching it sweep while moving the throttle first to me or that it's properly hooked up at all.

ABS has nothing to do with that IMO and just pulling the fuse on it will revert back to plain braking action and a light to amuse you will stay on. That's a separate thing not part of the poor fuel mileage,
