My 2001 Toyota 4Runner has trouble going up the hill when pressing the gas up the hill it makes a whining noise and it also rocks back and forth was wondering what could be the problem need help desperately tried pretty much everything I could know that may be wrong with it but still continues to rock back and forth up pills while pressing the gas
