2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4WD 4.0L MFI 6cy WINDOWS DO NOT WORK AND AC Sign In

HELLO GUYS I AM WORKING ON MY COZEN VEHICLE 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4WD 4.0L MFI 6cy IT HAS 213000 MILES ON IT. THE RIGHT SIDE FRONT AND BACK WINDOWS QUIT WORKING ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO NOW THE DRIVE SIDE HAS STOP WORKING ALSO AND SHE SAYS THAT THE AC QUIT WORKING TOO AROUND THE TIME BOTH RIGHT WINDOWS QUIT. ON AC CLUTCH RELAY COIL SIDE HAS 12V BUT NO GROUND WHEN AC SWITCHS IS ON. AND ON THE WINDOWS I HAVE TAKEN THE DOORS APART AND PUT 12V TO EACH MOTOR AND THEY WORK FINE. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND A BLOWN FUSE ANYWHERE DO NOT HAVE DIAGRAM. OH YES ALMOST FORGOT ON THE AC RELAY SOCKET CONNECT PLUG I CAN PUT A JUMPER WHERE THE RELAY CONNECT GOES AND THE CLUTCH WILL PULL IN AS I SAID BEFORE THE RELAY COIL HAS NO GROUND. The trigger ground is what the computer uses to control the relays so the computer is intentionally not turning the AC on for some reason but start a different question for that in the AC category.

You are going to have to troubleshoot the window circuiot to find the problem there.

The other thing that the ac and the windows have in common is the BCM (body control module). The module supplies communications to the door modules for accessory delay control and also transmits the ac request signal to the PCM. Might need an enhanced scan tool to see if the BCM is storing any codes and to view data stream information.
