2001 Accord engine lopes

My 2001 Honda Accord lopes at idle or is at fast idle. It will not idle normally. I've gone through diagnostics in repair manual but have not found problem. No codes showing. Can someone help with this? Thank you.

There are 2 things that commonly do that in Hondas. The most common cause is a bad IAC (Idle air control) or a severe vacuum leak but i have run across a couple that also had a deceleration valve that comes apart internally. That is usually found mostly on older models though.
