2000 Silverado 5.3 Strange engine vibration

I was sitting in my truck tonight letting it warm up when I noticed this. There is a rhythmic, almost pulsing vibration while idling in park. It's just bad enough that I can feel it in the cab and my tools in my back seat rattle slightly.
My knowledge is mostly of older engines so I'm not super familiar with the newer generation of GM engine. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause something like this? Thanks!
2000 Silverado 5.3 liter with 240k miles.

With that kind of mileage it could be most anything. It's going to take someone physically examining the vehicle to get to the bottom of this.
