1999 dodge neon will not start and run

i have a 1999 dodge neon will not start and run . i know there is spark and fuel??? fuel pump is working .and also know that the car is in time . all the timing marks are line up ..but have not cheek the pressure on the fuel pump.. confused !!!! at rops end NEED ANSWERS ...

Ok: You have spark and fuel so now check that it is on time/timing,

check ur air sensor, or the air meter sensor what ever u have

Can you see fuel getting into air horn or just guessing because you hear the fuel pump? If there's any question just try some starting fluid and if it reacts to that the fuel pressure might not be up to par,

we spray carb. clean in the throttler body and it spits & sputters and thats all it is doing

Ok: Then it lacks proper fuel, fuel pressure. Start with checking the pressure,

thank you for all your help .. we drain the fuel tank it was bad gas and there was a alarm on the car that we did not know about but once again like to thank you
