I have a 1994 GMC 5.7 that stalls out like its out of gas at about 50 mph, if you let off the gas it starts running again but stalls under acceleration, it has a new fuel pump, any ideas?

Yukon, Suburban, Sierra, Van ? Dual fuel tanks? Would be interesting to see scan tool data on this one, but really don't think that is going to happen. Any trouble codes stored in the engine controller? Need an enhanced scan tool. Don't think that year had jump code diagnostics. Should be TBI, so kind of hard to plumb in a fuel pressure gauge, but they do make adapters and you can set that up on the windshield while your driving to see if you have loss of pressure when your problem occurs. Could also have a fuel injector(s) issues, but you would need an injector timer tool, to monitor O2 voltage at WOT, and/or to actually have the injectors flow tested. Could also have some sort of exhaust restriction. Back pressure testing would prove that to be the case. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
