Intermittents like that can be a pest. You said it will always start and I take it you mean push or pull and pop the clutch type thing - right?

No diagrams or hard info but a fair guess is: Look at wiring right at starter motor. Main pos+ cable goes there and a trigger wire with possible more. Some will send voltage to fire ignition just for the time starter is cranking and quick go to ignition power when you let go of the key.

GUESSING as said. Some positive cables are NOT generic for the end at the starter which is frequently exposed to plain weather and corrosion as many are.

Sorry as my reply is guessing but if the area looks lousy I think the trouble is there?

Being intermittent you may not know for sure until it DOESN'T fail for a time period. Hate those type problems dammit. Either stay broken or fixed, that in between causes hair loss!

the motor always turns over it just acts like it is not getting fire to the spark plugs sometimes. And when it does this you can pull start it and it will start right up.

Best not to guess if this is lack of spark but rather put an in line spark tester sold to just blink and still run in line with a plug wire and plug and see it go blank when this happens proves it.

Of course you need a way usually a helper to crank engine and watch but it can be done alone. Back to what I said, the power to make spark could be swapping from "cranking" spark to "run" spark and not getting the cranking spark. No info from me on if or how this exact vehicle might do that but it's common to send along spark from cranking and switch to plain running empowerment for assorted reasons so worth checking.
Again - you have to see this while it happens and doubt in a 1992 anything would be stored in some computer memory but should check anyway but it's probably wiring at the starter,

I checked starter no corrosion when engine will not start it will always turn over good just no spark to spark plugs but will always start when you pull start and dump clutch

Are you guessing at that or have you actually used a spark tester?

Primal technology and if you can't do this or afford 10 bucks stop driving vehicles!

Like that. Vehicle will still run. Cheap info or buy a tow strap and never find out what is wrong,
