Hello I have a crank no start situation so I need some help. Let me start by saying I my truck just shut off on me on my way to work and could not get it started again so had it towed home. The first thing i did was to put fuel pressure gauge on rail no pressure. So i just went ahead and just bought a new relay just because it had original relay. I thought the interia switch might have tripped it was good. Still at this time no fuel . By the way i did also checked for spark witch i had. I have the duel tank set up with 2 low pressure pumps in tank and one high pressure fram mounted pump. I took loose the fuel lines from high pressure pump no pressure soi just went ahead and bought a new high pressure pump because i didnt hear the pump turn on with the key on the on position. Put new pump and filter and relay still no fuel pressure at rails not sure were to go from here so any help would be greatly appreciated

The first place to go is to stop throwing parts at it and do some testing. You should realize that the pump only powers for 2 seconds when the key is first turned on. After that it restarts when the computer sees a tach signal. You should be able to test for power arriving at these pumps and even power them manually to see if they work.

I found a diagram but it's not a dual tank system. I don't see one on the F150 5.0
