02 trailblazer no power

02 trailblazer ext ; no codes are being generated; replaced throttle body ; 02 sensors are new ; new map and air flow sensors. it won't rev past 2000rpm. any insight as to what might be the problem? i did disconnect cat first but didn't help.

Wow, you are going all out on the parts replacement.
Reduced power message showing up on the dash?
It won't rev past 2K. Does it have any power while driving it?

nothing comes up. had a bad fan last year which gave me a reduced power indication. fuel pressure was about 56. 10 to 15 mph while driving

So surprised that it isn't flagging any trouble codes.
You will probably have to take it to a shop that has a high end scan tool that access the factory side of the PCM. There maybe codes on that side. Plus they can view data stream information to see if there is anything that doesn't look right. Maybe getting access to factory data stream information can give some clues as to what is going on and where to look for the problem.

thanks for giving my problem a look. my next thought was to take it in. i've put enough money in already. with no codes i should have taken it in first.
