Do you repair cars on the side or for a living? P1273 is for the Bank 1 A/F sensor showing on the lean side for a specified amount of time. It is a type of O2 sensor called a wide band sensor. It doesn't work like a narrow band O2 sensor, but looks just like any old O2 sensor with the exception of having 7 wires. You definitely need a high end scan tool to look at the A/F voltage.
