Re: plymouth fault codes Sign In

Site is having issues with notifications so I may not be back as I won't know.

I'll try - This should be OBD1 and might have a code to read to help decide the next move. I'm surprised a 92 Acclaim has air bags!

At any rate it's got something to tell you. Info from code doesn't mean it's the answer but points in the right direction. Call first, place like AutoZone and others read codes for free and will suggest parts - careful - you may not need those.

If both did it at once it might be a problem with engine to body grounding or body to dash grounding with erratic info you get lights,

Bear with us while site get repaired!

Since it's OBD1, the parts stores won't be able to help you with the check engine light although you can get flash codes by cycling the key on and off and back on 3 times quickly.

The Airbag light will require a professional scan tool. No way out of that.
