Depends on which engine. For example: Lexus 2JZ-GE inline 6 Bank one is cylinders 123 and Bank 2 is 456. Toyota 1AZ-FE 4 cylinder Bank 1 is cylinders 1 and 4 and Bank 2 is cylinders 2 and 3.
