code p0301 after changing battery!please help

03 trailblazer,123k,v6 2wd
Changed battery then check engine light came on and car feels jumpyy. Changed spark plugs,then the 1st cylinder coil because it stated cylinder 1 misfire codep0301

Did you use a memory saver while swapping out battery? Did CEL instantly come on? Codes don't tell you to replace parts but rather where a problem area is noted.............
