I have a 1999 Chevy blazer 4wd 6cyl 4.3L i believe. The code keeps coming up secondary air pump system. We have replaced the airpump and both sensors. The engine light will not stay off long enough to reset the monitors so this vehicle can be inspected. We are at our wits end with this as the inspection was due in May. Please help

It would really help to know what the codes are to help narrow down the problem. Hopefully you didn't change the pump & sensors out for a P1415 or P1416.......
