danito; Which model Econoline? What engine? The codes are only telling you that it is rich, both banks. Could be several scenarios. MAP sensor, pressure regulator, vacuum leak, leaky injector(s) ect., ect., ect.

All spark plugs looked the same kind of gray towards black its a 250 econoline and I belive its a 5.4 liter. I do not think its a vaccum leak it idles very smooth, and it has MAF.

danito; The first things I'd check would be the air filter, fuel pressure, and clean the MAF.

I'd also check for fuel inside the vacuum line for the fuel pressure regulator. That's pretty common on that truck.

In addition to the other good advise you've been getting.

There is a TSB 07-8-3 out for a P0172, P0175 and/or downhill surge & harsh transmission engagement.....

Check the basics and then check the calibration code of the pcm to make sure it has the latest flash.............

Is a TSB something like a factory recall. It does acts like if torque converter would actually take a moment to charge. But like I said before all spark plugs looks the same.

A TSB (technical service bulletin) is merely an advisory from the factory to it's dealers and technicians to make them aware of facts the manufacturer is aware of concerning any given situation or problem. Nothing to do with a recall. It's just a type of memo.
