Need some help figuring out these codes to see if they help find the issue.

What are the symptoms? Just a quick search of that code show that most often a MAF fixed the problem. No guaranties.
Check your fuel pressure should maintain 50-60psi. at all loads. You can rent testers from most auto parts stores. You could try some injector cleaner in your fuel as well.

If fuel trims improve at higher engines speed, look for vacuum leaks also.
