03 chevy suburban 1500, check engine light was on during smog which I knew wasnt good, everything passed (everything passed, emissions,cat,) but failed MIL check which state warning lamp failure, OBD fault codes cat insufficent P0430 below thresshold (bank 2). Muffler shop wants to me to buy new muffler, other shops want me to buy cat converter, and now from reading these threads im wondering if its a o2 sensor or lamp failure, I just feel like Im getting ripped off and with a family size of seven need to know what will work first..HEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPPP
