i recently changed my starter and my car started working again, but it runs rough and wont go past 2000 rpm. i have a code p20006 which ii dint have before. anything i can do about this?

Look at it and see if anything is broken with it. You may have to remove the actuator and see if the flaps move freely.

Are there any resources you have that can tell me how to take it apart. I don't know if I can take just the intake off or not

No reason to take the intake off. Just remove the control actuator and work the arm by hand.
