2005 E350 6.0 diesel with a code

This is an E350 super duty cut chassis . It has 125000 miles on her . I noticed that I have an engine warning light . I can start the engine and some times run a little rough . So I checked why the light was on and got a P0198 code . How would I check it and also where is EOT sensor located ? Thanks

It's on the top of the engine, near the turbo
