2003 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN

got code po123 throttle position sensor input to high took sensor out working fine cleaned throttle body put back in same code coming up what is it telling me Ineed to do to fix and remove the code need help badly this car is giving me to many problems and it might be something very simple but I'm not a mechanic and don't have much experience just trying to learn as much as can
