I have a 2002 Chev silverado 2500 HD with 158000 miles and an allison transmission . From time to time it would idle rough . Never did smoke or lose power . As far as I know there has never been any work done to the engine except an alternator and servicing oil changes . So I changed the fuel filter and put in some injector cleaner . Anyway when I checked for codes it came up with a P 1093 . Just what does the code mean > Is this something any shop can diagnose or do I need to take to a dealer ?
